Our Financial Services division offers a suite of CFO services to our clients. We perform historical analysis on your company's financials, organize and present company financial reports, and work with owners to find target clients, products or services to help their company maximize profit. In addition we offer small business owners services that include daily bookkeeping, client invoicing, vendor bill pay and employee payroll.  KC Business Solutions is like having an in-house CFO without the cost of a full-time employee. 

KC Business Solutions utilizes existing cloud based programs that allow for real time firm-to-client collaboration and updates, providing full financial transparency. The cloud based software platforms for QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com and Google Drive allows the client to access, upload and interact with all the financial tools and spreadsheets that are created and managed by KCBS. These programs provide a secure platform that can only be accessed by KCBS, the client and their designated CPA which allows collaboration and the flow of information between all parties involved.

Transparency and security is key to business owners and the client will always have the most up to date view of their company’s financial position. KCBS works closely with your CPA firm, or will help find you a CPA, to give them all the information they need to help ease the burden of quarterly and yearly federal tax filings.
